Scottie Scheffler, the 2024 Masters champion, has curated the menu for the 2025 Champions Dinner, which the official Masters social media accounts revealed on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.[1][2]

The annual pre-tournament dinner at Augusta National Golf Club is attended exclusively by past Masters winners. It is held the Tuesday evening before the tournament begins.[1][3]

For 2025, the dinner is scheduled for April 8, with the first round of the tournament teeing off on April 10 at Augusta National in Augusta, Georgia.[3]

The menu features a Texas barbecue theme reflecting Scheffler's background. Guests begin with a pimento cheese sandwich amuse-bouche, followed by appetizers including cheeseburger egg rolls, quesaburgerdillas with brisket, and smoked bologna melt sliders.[1][2]

• First course: Short rib agnolotti
• Main courses: Smoked brisket, St. Louis-style ribs, smoked chicken thighs
• Sides: Macaroni and cheese, creamed corn, pickle medley
• Desserts: Texas pecan pie, chocolate buttermilk cake

Wine selections from Augusta National's cellar include Merryvale Vineyard Profile Chardonnay and Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2019.[1]

Scheffler, a 28-year-old American from Dallas, Texas, won the 2024 Masters by four strokes over Ludvig Åberg on April 14, marking his second green jacket after 2022.[4][5] This is the second time he has curated the Champions Dinner, having done so previously for 2023 following his 2022 victory.[2]

Scheffler, currently the world number one, will defend his title at the 89th Masters from April 10-13, 2025.[3][6]
